Michael has spent the last ten years honing his culinary skills. Michael began his culinary career at Le Cordon Bleu and has taken his talent from kitchen to kitchen. Michael has worked his way up the kitchen ladder and most recently held the title of Head Chef at Iron Springs Public House in San Rafael, CA, a popular tap room. Michael plans to take his experience in upscale dining as well as bistro cuisine and translate it to a simple and delicious sandwich/salad menu that will appease a wide range of customer. Be ready to greet Michael with a smile as you’ll never catch him with a frown on his face!

A little more about Michael…

Hobbies: Camping, surfing, snowboarding, watching movies, hiking with my dogs, and eating!

Pets: 9 year old Rot/Boxer (Olive) and a 3 year old, 110lb lap dog (Bernice).

Family: Meghan’s twin brother (with 3 siblings older than me), two awesome parents, and my lovely girlfriend, Lizzy!

Director of Operations

With an array of previous positions including facilities assistant, cattle whisperer, rafting liaison, and most recently, Licenced Veterinary Technician, Meghan is ready hold a permanent and profound position at Fuller’s. With her experience in helping run businesses and her eagerness to succeed, Meghan provides Fuller’s with a behind the scenes force founded on optimism, intuition, and diligence. Though most of her efforts will be unseen, you can still find her in action as her brother’s sous chef.

A little more about Meghan…

Hobbies: Hiking with my dogs, biking, boating, lifting, and spending lazy days in the sun on the beach.

Pets: 11 year old Border Collie (Bullitt), 6 year old Border/Aussie (Stark), 13ish year old Chihuahua Mix (Milton Berle) and two naughty cats!

Family: Youngest of 5 (by two minutes!) and Married to my kick-ass husband Aaron

Favorite thing about Fuller’s: I just love that I get to work with my brother! This is a project that we have dedicated our lives to and we are willing to do anything to see it succeed. To be able to benefit from all of our hard work is really something to be proud of!
